“Sheela-Na-Gig” Lino Print in Placental Blood.
I made some block prints using a lino tile I had cut just days before the birth of my baby. The image was that of the Sheela-Na-Gig image that helped me through my labour. I printed the images using the blood form the Placenta and a bit of black food colouring.
